12 Days of Accessibility Holiday Guide

We want to kick off the holiday season by launching a "12 Days of Accessibility Campaign!" 

For the next 12 days, we will be sharing helpful tips, resources, and stories to raise awareness about accessibility and how LimbTech can help you achieve a more inclusive holiday season with our holiday accessibility guide. We will keep in mind differently abled individuals who may be manual wheelchair users, power wheelchair users, have invisible disabilities, and more. 

Today's tip: Start planning your holiday gatherings with accessibility in mind. 

Consider things like: 

• Venue accessibility: Is the space wheelchair accessible? Are there accessible restrooms and parking available?

• Sensory considerations: Will there be loud music or flashing lights that could be overwhelming for some guests?

• Food and drink: Are there options available for people with dietary restrictions or allergies?

• Communication: Are invitations sent in accessible formats? Are there interpreters available if needed?
